I am an Independent Sales Representative. I connect with Engineers and Sourcing Managers to provide component support to the OEM and the CM at the design stage. 

In 1998, I began my training in the manufacturing industry at Manufactured Assemblies Corporation. I began “hands on” in production, learning what it takes to produce products from the ground level (following assembly instructions and prints, while keeping track of my work using an incentive system). I was given opportunities to grow, I began to lead assembly lines and write assembly instructions, with time and quality as the priority.

I came to a point where I wanted to grow further and requested an opportunity to move up within the company and took on a purchasing role. In this position I discovered more layers of manufacturing: quoting, negotiating, cost reductions, sourcing, logistics, alternative material options, outsourcing globally, supplier relationships, production timing of materials and so much more.

In 2006 and with a solid understanding of MAC's capabilities, I requested to move to a Sales position. I enjoyed this position, in both trials and rewarding times. 

In 2016 I am changed Sales styles, from direct into independent. Giving me the freedom to help my customers to the fullest, with a much wider range support for their manufacturing/outsourcing needs. I am very excited to have the broader responsibilities to my clients and customers. The key is communication, always has been and will continue to be.

Chandler Morrison

I joined Expect More Sales at the beginning of 2023, an independent manufacturers’ representative organization focused on connecting OEMs and contract manufacturers with the right global manufacturing partners.

  I attended The Ohio State University before beginning my professional career with Best Buy, where I spent six years developing my foundation in competitive sales and performance-driven retail. During my time there, I advanced to the role of Sales Manager, where I became deeply engaged in tracking KPIs, driving measurable results, and leading teams in a highly competitive sales environment.

  Throughout my tenure, I was fortunate to learn from several strong mentors who helped shape my approach to sales. One principle that has remained central to my career is solution-based selling—focusing first on understanding the customer’s problem and then identifying the best path forward rather than simply pushing a product.

  Today, I apply that same philosophy to the world of contract manufacturing and electromechanical sourcing. Through Expect More Sales, I work closely with OEMs and engineering teams to identify the right manufacturing solutions, whether that means domestic production or global sourcing.

Expect More Sales has carefully developed a line card of trusted manufacturing partners capable of supporting a wide range of custom projects.
